Permits

Boating permit good for Calendar year (January 1-December 31).

Purchaser must provide boat hull number in registration form for every boat permit purchased.

All boats must have permits. For purposes of this ordinance "Boats" shall include all watercraft, whether motorized or not, excluding personal floatation devices. No water skiing or towing objects behind boats will be allowed at R C Longmire Lake.

All jet skis must have permits. The use of jet skis is allowed only in the designated area at Pauls Valley City Lake. No jet ski use is permitted at R C Longmire Lake.

FISHING:

Fishing permit is good for the calendar year, January 1st-December 31st. Please be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

City permit is required for all persons between the ages of 16 and 65 years old. Persons will abide by the Oklahoma Fishing Regulations. Trot Lines are only allowed in Pauls Valley City Lake. One twenty-five (25) hook line per person, tagged with name and address; must be checked every twenty-four (24) hours or removed. Lines may be left without hooks. Owner must have a regular annual fishing permit. Trot lines must be placed at least 100 feet from the bank.

JUG LINES:

Jug lines will be limited to 2 hooks per jug, with no more than 10 lines per person. Limb lines are not permitted. Jug lines only allowed at Pauls Valley City Lake.

PURCHASE YOUR FISHING / JUG LINE PERMITS

Hunting permit is good for the calendar year, January 1st-December 31st. Please be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Only Upland Game, Duck Goose and Deer Hunting, under the rule set out below, are permitted at the Pauls Valley City Lake. All types of hunting provided for below are permitted at R C Longmire Lake.

Duck/Goose Hunting

Hunter must be in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Hunters must check in with the lake ranger prior to initiation of each hunt and check out with the lake ranger at the completion of each hunt.

Deer Hunting

• Restricted to bow hunting only.

• Hunting shall be subject to scheduling and regulation byway of posted rules established by the Pauls Valley Lake Board. The schedule of permissible bowhunting days and rules regulating such hunting shall be posted in conspicuous places at the Pauls Valley City Lake.

Upland Game Hunting (Quail, Dove, Rabbit, and Squirrel)

• Restricted to shotgun hunting only.

• Hunters must be in compliance with state regulations.

Feral Hogs

• Restricted to shotgun and bow hunting only.

• Hunters must be in compliance with state regulations.

PURCHASE YOUR HUNTING PERMIT

Customers will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation. There are no deposits or partial payments. In order to secure a reservation, complete payment is required.

Sites are subject to a $250.00 Environmental Cleanup Fee if site is damages are assessed after departure. These are subject to the discretion of management. Fees will be automatically charged to the card used at the time of booking. Items stolen or removed from the sites will incur a fee on the card on file.

Site reservations must be made by an Adult (18+) and customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their reservation if requested. Customers who do not submit to showing proper identification for validation will be asked to leave the campgrounds without a refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Check-In Time 4:00PM–8:00PM. Depending upon circumstances at the campsite, some sites might be available earlier, but not guaranteed until 4:00PM. Arrivals after 8:00PM will not be allowed due to our campgrounds quiet times policy.

Check-Out Time 11:00AM. Sites must be cleared of camping supplies, trash (this includes NO TRASH left in fire rings), and vehicles by no later than 11:00AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Over 31-Days Cancellation Notice

• Full Refund minus a $5 booking fee per site, per night.

30-Days or less Cancellation Notice

• Half Refund minus a $5 booking fee per site, per night.

10-Days or less Cancellation Notice

• No Refunds

Cancellations can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The right to refund will be up to the discretion of management. A $5 booking fee per site will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation. Complaints, emergencies, problems, or suggestions must be brought to the attention of management to be eligible for any refund. After Check-In has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
